The space This charming colonial home built in 1870 and fully renovated in 2023 greets you with rich original hardwood floors, open dining and living room, eat in kitchen with window seat to enjoy the bird feeders outside. Have your morning coffee on the 3 season porch while watching the day begin. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms each with gel foam mattresses and lush pillows. The home does not have air conditioning. Each bedroom has ceiling fans and black out curtains. Washer, dryer and folding area located in the basement. Guest access The entire house is accessible. There is some locked storage in the basement that is not to be opened, but there is a washer, dryer and folding area in the basement available for use. Other things to note No pet fees ever! We ask that you respect our home so we never have to charge pet fees. We love to travel with our pets and want to make more space for others who wish to do the same. Please clean up after your pets and crate them whenever they are left unsupervised in the home. This home does not have air conditioning. It does have a washer, dryer and folding station in the basement available for use.
