The space Enjoy this private house convenient to Michigan Stadium, U of M and downtown Ann Arbor. It has ample off-street parking in back, is well appointed, and three bedrooms with queen sized beds, a full size sleeper sofa in the living room, 1.5 bathrooms, updated kitchen (full size refrigerator in basement), dining room, basement laundry area with washer/dryer and large covered front porch. While we can accommodate 8 guests, it will be a tight fit with 2 on the sofa bed and limited bathroom capacity. Ring outdoor security cameras monitor the exterior doors. Guest access Guests will have full access to the first & second story, basement half bath and washer/dryer. NOTE: owner's have some stored belongings in the basement out of the way. We would appreciate that you not disturb these items. The remainder of the house is yours to enjoy! Guests have use of the house 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there's an electronic lock, so no need to fuss with keys!
