Off-road parking space. The space The annexe is completely self contained, which feels relaxing with plenty of space. You enter via the annexe front door (key box) into a bright airy lounge, which has a smart TV with Netflix and the terrestrial channels, DVD player with a selection of DVDs. A desk with double socket and light. There is also an armchair in the lounge, which can be converted to a single bed when requested. Through the Lounge door and into the hallway where you’ll find a large wardrobe with hanging and shelves for your clothing. Opposite the wardrobe is the bathroom, with shower/bath. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner are all provided via pump dispenser. Through the hallway is the kitchen, which is equipped with crockery, cutlery, glasses etc. Microwave, Electric hob, Oven and Grill. Kettle, toaster, washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a small dining area. Through the kitchen you will find a large bedroom with king size bed, and dressing table. French doors lead out into your own private patio area with garden furniture, with views of the main garden. Driveway at the front of the annexe is for guest use and an EV charger is available at additional cost. Guest access Guests have the entire annexe for their own private use, the small driveway in front of the annexe and patio area directly outside the bedroom.
