The Stables - Tunstead Cottages Enjoy the peace of the Norfolk countryside. Our rural, dog friendly cottage on the outskirts of Tunstead. Close to the Norfolk Broads and the coast, yet only 30 minutes from the city of Norwich. The Stables is on an old farm on the outskirts of Tunstead village. In a peaceful part of rural Norfolk with views of the big Norfolk skies, farmland and fruit fields. Cottages have a pool but its on private hire and booking is separate also has a shared games room. The space Our cottage offers comfortable dog friendly accommodation. Parking for two cars and are single storey. Travel cots can be provided. 2 parking spaces per cottage, please let us know if need more. The Stables sleeps six with one king sized bedroom with en-suite shower room. One double room and twin room sharing a family bathroom. The large central communal area provides kitchen and dining space plus a large lounge. We are only five miles from Wroxham ‘the Capital of the Broads’ with shops takeaways restaurants and pubs, plus many boat hire venues. The pretty village of Coltishall on the river Bure is close by too. A perfect base from which to explore Norfolk’s attractions and enjoy walking, cycling, sailing, birdwatching, visiting nature reserves and stately homes. The Horse and Groom at Tunstead is close by as is the Crown at Smallburgh. Only 2 cars per cottage Guest access 1 single cottage.
