However, guests are welcome to use any items already stocked in the kitchen and cabinets for their convenience. 📌 NOISE POLICY/QUIET HOURS: To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, please observe the following: • We value our wonderful neighbors, please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 9 AM. All noise and music must remain indoors and at a reasonable level during this time. • Parties and large gatherings are not permitted at any time. • Be mindful when using outdoor spaces, especially at night. Noise complaints can result in fines and immediate termination of your stay as per Airbnb policy. NOTE: Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to avoid noise complaints. We kindly recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker, as they are easy to connect and can be placed wherever you prefer. Absolutely no outside music is allowed past 10:00 PM, and only low-decibel, non-amplified speakers are permitted. 📌 The home’s ALARM system is not included as part of the rental and is not accessible to guests. 📌 Please avoid using bath towels to remove makeup, and kindly do not wash white towels or bed linens together with colored clothing. White linens are carefully maintained to the highest standard, and makeup or dye stains can be very difficult to restore. Any permanently stained or damaged items may result in a replacement charge. 📌 Please note that we do not provide certain personal items such as makeup remover, women’s hygiene products, combs, toothpaste, or toothbrushes, etc. Please bring your personal products. That said, you are welcome to enjoy and use all standard amenities available in the home. 📌 We offer a bassinet/playard for infants (up to 33 lbs maximum weight).
