RENNES Pacé family home

House renovated in a simple and warm spirit ideally located between the Emerald Coast and the Gulf of Morbihan, at the gates of Rennes. 1 master bedroom with bathroom, 1 guest bedroom, 3 children's bedrooms with bathroom, garden, terrace, balcony, 2 parking spaces. 200 m from the town center and shops, 100 m from a bus stop (for Rennes), 7 minutes by car from the metro (for SNCF station or Rennes historic center), 10 minutes by car from the center of Rennes. Guest access All house access. Other things to note We are a couple of teachers with three little girls (14, 10 and 7 years old). On several occasions, we have benefited from very pleasant accommodation via Airbnb, we in turn rent our house in order to finance travel or leisure projects with the family. It's also a way to exchange and share our good addresses and favorites in our region. We have a cat (Rumba) and 2 small fish (Bulle and Bob) that will need to be taken care of if possible!
