Lavender Cottage is a separate self contained, ground floor, spacious one bedroom cottage with private garden and access to the main Prospect House gardens. The cottage sleeps two guests and comprises of a separate fully fitted modern kitchen, spacious living room and separate dining room in the light and airy conservatory which overlooks the garden. It has a large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes. The cottage has a bathroom with walk in shower. Set in a beautiful location only 5 meters from the sea shore with private gardens where you can sit and relax and enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. It looks over to Loch Striven and The East Kyles. It is exactly a 1 mile leisurely stroll into Rothesay for an ice cream or catch one of our many pubs for a relaxing drink. You can walk 1 mile in the opposite direction and sit out at Port Bannatyne and watch the yachts bobbing in the water. There is a bus stop that can take you into town or to Port Bannatyne right outside the property.
