The space Welcome to this beautiful 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom home with a fun and engaging living room, a spacious dining room, and an updated kitchen with brand new appliances. The home has two units, upper unit (The Bee Hive) and the lower unit (The Bee Hive Mini). This listing is for The Bee Hive, the primary dwelling unit to the home. The home is equipped with high speed wifi and smart TV for guests to log in on their own favorite streaming service. Parking includes up to 3 vehicles, located on the designated area in the driveway, Parking spots 1 and 2 are designated for this home. If needed, parking spot 3 may be used with confirmation by the host. Please NOTE: This home does have BEES on the property, located in the back yard on the corner, which inspired the name of the home. If you are allergic to bees, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOME. Guest access Self Check-In and Check-Out, electronic code, super easy process. Full first floor and second floor, 2 car garage, full driveway (3 parking spots) Lower level is separate dwelling, accessory dwelling. There may be other guests staying in that unit. Other things to note PLEASE READ: This list is always being updated and growing as we learn from feedback our guests provide to us. Host responsibility: - 2 Sets of linens (one set on the beds, one set in the closet) - 2 Sets of towels (per bedroom) - 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper (per bathroom) - A set for 6 on kitchen utensils, plates, bowls, etc. - BASIC cooking tools in the kitchen, and we mean BASIC. Nothing fancy. For example, the home is not stocked to hold a thanksgiving dinner. On the other hand, you dan easily cook breakfast and lunch, scrambled eggs, french toast, cold cut sandwiches, etc. Guest responsibility: - Buy groceries / food items needed to cook - Buy any special dish needed to make any desired meal, please check our kitchen stock for cooking tools before purchasing. - Buy paper towels, napkins, etc. We DO NOT provide these items. In an effort to maintain a simple and clean environment while keeping the cleaning cost low, we have made certain decisions so that we may provide the best experience possible to all of our guests. *** Quick note: There are a handful of Bee Crates with very gentle bees that help pollinate the area and make fresh honey.
