There is large open office space with a full size day bed that can be used as a large 5th bedroom. In the backyard there is a separate Pool House Casita overlooking the Pool and Jacuzzi Spa. It has a cozy futon bed, air conditioning and a smart TV with work area . This Spacious 17,000 Private Corner Lot with Pool House Casita offers a peaceful sanctuary for you and your loved ones. Each room is thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind, adorned with cozy furnishings and large windows that showcase the stunning natural landscapes. Gather in the Airy open-concept living area, where the soothing sounds of nature, the water features and abundant sunlight invite you to unwind. We are happy to have the home well stocked for visitors of all kinds! The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. We are an 8 minute walk to Buddy Todd park! Perfect for picnics, kids playing and just walking - there's a lovely path with amazing views and scenery. Quiet, tranquil & relaxing. ---Surrounding Areas/Activities in proximity to our home:--- - 5 miles to the entrance of Camp Pendleton, we love to host military families! - Less than 10 minutes to Oceanside Harbor, Restaurants, the beach and so much more! - Less than 10 minutes to various Oceanside beaches - 15 Minutes to Carlsbad Lagoon - 20 minutes south of San Clemente/Dana Point - 15 minutes to Legoland - 55 minutes to Disneyland - 45 minutes downtown San Diego (Zoo, Nightlife, Baseball games, Sea World etc etc) - 45 minutes to Newport Beach - 1-2 hours to desert and mountains Airport Info: -We are close to 2 airports: The San Diego Airport (SAN) 40-45 minutes south & the Orange County airport (SNA) is 40-45 minutes north and then Los Angeles International (LAX) is approx 90 minutes north of our home depending on traffic conditions. Guest access 1-You will have access to the Home and Backyard Salt Water Pool, Jacuzzi Spa, Basketball court, Built in Fire pit, BBQ Palapa area and much more. 2-Pool Heating/Jacuzzi: --There is a pool heating fee if you elect to heat the pool ,but there is NO Jacuzzi Heating usage fees. (Please inquire about Pool Heating Fee ) Other things to note 1-Air & Heating Range 65-80 Degrees 2-Pool Heating/Jacuzzi: --There is a pool heating fee if you elect to heat the pool ,but there is NO Jacuzzi Heating usage fees. (Please inquire about pool heating Fees) Please Provide us with at least 48-72 hours advance Notice if you want the pool Heated so that it takes its proper time to heat. In the rare event of a pool-spa equipment/heater malfunction, we will make every effort to resolve it as quickly as possible. If a malfunction occurs, the pool heating fee will be refunded for the days impacted, but there are no refunds given on rent $. 3-We do Not allow any events unless approved prior. The Total number of guests includes the number of guests sleeping per night and any guests that will be using the facility during the day. We require an accurate number prior to approving any bookings. 4-Please inquire about any Pets. We will advise on if approved.
