Built in 1896, my partner Martha and I have owned this Victorian home for 33 years. We are located directly in the heart of Slabtown, within walking distance of many local restaurants, bars, shops and bustling NW 23rd Avenue . Working together as a restoration team, general contractor and artist; we have revitalized this property so our guests can enjoy this unique gem. This home is a true historic residential survivor in this new thriving neighborhood. Thanks very much, Paul The space Guests enter through a private front door located in a covered porch. The main level has a entry foyer joining a formal living room and dining room. The living room couch folds into a comfortable bed. The full kitchen is off of the dining room. Upstairs are two bedrooms with a W & D unit in the hallway leading into a full bathroom with a combination claw foot tub and shower. The front bedroom has two long twin beds and the rear bedroom has a queen bed. Guest access The guest space is the separate front unit of a two story duplex that is divided front to back. Entry to the property is through a common gate that is shared with the host who lives in the back unit and a full time time tenant that resides in a separate building in the back yard. Other things to note The city of Portland regulations will only allow us to rent for at least 30 days.
