A high-grade kitchen with complete fixture, countertop, built-in cabinets, range hood and grease trapper. The loft includes 2 super king-sized beds, an A/C unit, an electric fan and 62’’ SMART TV. Complete toilet and bath fixture with bathroom essentials, vanity cabinet, a shower enclosure with water heater and bidet inside the unit. There's additional shower/bath just beside the jacuzzi. There is also a lanai that provides an outdoor space great for socializing and relaxing while enjoying your favorite cup of tea/coffee. The property is also equipped with a jacuzzi with an adjustable water pressure and heater. Pls note that the jacuzzi is WARM only. Please ask assistance for its usage and please observe proper pool rules. Guests are required to be in proper swimming attire. It can fit in 8-10 people. Jacuzzi is open and can be use until 10PM only. USE OF BONFIRE: Bonfire is open and can be use until 10PM only. You may want to bring materials needed for smores. First come, first-served basis. USE OF GRILLER: Usage of griller is upon request with additional charge @300 which includes 2 packs of charcoal. USE OF PARKING: Can accommodate maximum of 2 parking spaces. Excess parking charged @200/car Offers: Vegetable picking at Greenhouse Camping/Glamping area Inclusive of breakfast served good for 6 pax only. Additional breakfast orders charged @250/pax. Pls advise orders beforehand so we can advise orders to the restaurant. No late cancellation/revision of orders. Other things to note The guest who booked will provide a copy of IDs of all the guests who will stay and send thru messaging on Airbnb any time after the booking was confirmed or not later than a week prior to check-in. For foreign/balikbayan guests, we will be requiring providing a copy of passports as identification requirements. Please be reminded that UNREGISTERED guest cannot be accepted or cannot gain access inside the unit, so please reserve with the CORRECT number and list of guests. We will not entertain extra guests who are not included in the booking reservation. We STRICTLY follow the number of guests booked - any alteration on this should be done thru the app. Please Note: We kindly ask you to conserve energy by powering down unused AC units and lights. RESPECT FOR OUR STAFF Our staff will assist you during your stay. They will meet you at the parking lot and will welcome you upon your arrival. But please note that they are NOT there to wash your dishes, set the table for you, or make your beds while you’re there. If you're unsure about what you can ask them to do, please ask us. Our staff can provide assistance until 9PM only unless in case of emergency. Please allow our staff to conduct a final check before you leave.
