House has pool (which is not heated ), hot tub and fire pit to enjoy during the day and evening. Numerous oak trees line the driveway up to the house. The whole house and property We live in Southern Marin so only about 45 minutes away so in case of an emergency should be able to get up there as needed. But we plan on leaving you alone on your vacation! Located between Sonoma Valley and Napa Valley, Carneros region is situated in the lower part of both valleys. Cool breezes off the bay in the summer keep the temperatures down during hot spells in the summer. Easy access to the Bay Area - only 45 minutes from the Golden Gate Bridge. Due to the wildlife in the area, we have restricted the house to be PET FREE (so please no cats or dogs). As well, since the pool /hot tub area can be slippery and the newness of the house we DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN.
