CRUCIAL INFORMATION: Due to the building has a 24/7 security guard, it's needed to have the names of all guests and a copy of the ID of the person who made the reservation, otherwise security can't let you get into the building. Guest access During your stay, guests will have full access to all areas of the house. Feel free to make yourself at home and explore every corner of this welcoming space. TO NOTICE: There are two doors with some supplies for our cleaning staff that are locked. The first door is in front of the main entrance and the second one is above the washer machine is locked up. These are full of supplies only available for the cleaning staff. For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, we kindly ask for special care when using the rooftop areas and outdoor furniture, particularly removable fabric cushions and decorative textile elements located on terraces or rooftop spaces. These amenities are designed to enhance the experience of the property, and we truly appreciate your support in helping us keep them in excellent condition. During rainy weather or when not in use, we kindly ask guests to help protect cushions and removable fabric items by avoiding unnecessary exposure to water, dirt, food stains, or any misuse that could damage the materials. We also recommend placing them in a protected area whenever possible if weather conditions change unexpectedly. Please note that significant damage, staining, loss, or deterioration caused by improper use or lack of care may result in an additional replacement or restoration fee of $3,000 MXN after check out. Where to store them: Please store the pillows inside the apartment to keep them clean, organized, and protected while not in use. Additionally, we kindly ask that outdoor cushions be stored inside the terrace storage bench/chest whenever they are not being used, especially overnight or during rainy weather. These storage pieces are always visible within the terrace areas and help protect the cushions from unnecessary exposure and damage.
