Garden flat

The self contained flat is part of a country house. It has a beautiful outlook onto the lawn. We have lots of ducks and a peacock and peahens. The garden is lovely at most times of the year. Access is across the lawn. There is private parking about 30 ms from the flat. There is a kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine. The bathroom has a shower. There are seats and table outside and a fire pit. It is a very beautiful situation and very quiet and peaceful. The space Free parking is on gravel and access is across the lawn. The private entrance leads into the kitchen/sitting room. Off this is the shower room with wash hand basin and toilet. The bedroom has a European king sized bed with a bed side table, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The floor is tiled with cosy rugs. Guest access There is access across the lawn. There is a garden table and chairs and gusts are welcome to use the ‘Rum Shack’ for coffee or sundowners. Garden furniture is available with a fire pit. Other things to note Please drive slowly. We have birds, dogs and possibly grand children around! There may be horses in the yard too.
