This is your perfect home away from home. Located walking distance to St. Annes beach and centre, a very short drive to Blackpool and Lytham, this house is in a strategic and quiet residential area. There is free parking on the street where it's always easy to find a convenient spot available. The fenced garden in the back makes the house a great choice if you are travelling with your kids and pets. Every detail in the house has been thought of to create a comfortable family home environment. The space On the ground floor you will find a bright and spacious living room (with sofa bed if required), with large flat screen TV with full Sky package, Netflix, Amazon Prime & Disney. Separate dining room and fully equipped kitchen with access to the back garden. We have recently installed a brand new range cooker. Upstairs there are the three bedrooms, two with large flat screen smart TVs (with full Sky package, Netflix, Amazon Prime & Disney). All three bedrooms have clothes storage (wardrobe or rack) and all rooms have one double bed. The bathroom, located upstairs too, has both bath and shower. This bathroom has been fully renovated recently. The back garden consists of stepping stones leading to a grass area and then a lovely new decking area at the back. It gets the sun all day, is fully enclosed and safe for kids & dogs. We have a regular gardener to keep this space maintained. There is strong Wi-Fi throughout the house due to a connected mesh system, meaning there are no areas without strong Wi-Fi. Due to a unit located in the kitchen, the Wi-Fi carries through into the garden, giving you internet access in the sun ☀️! It’s a great place to visit when the sun is shining, which it normally is here, but for those rainy days we have plenty of games for you & the kids to play (located in the drawers in the dining room). We also have a highchair, travel cot and bed rail to make your stay with your kids more comfortable. Guest access You’ll be able to access all areas of the house except for a locked cupboard under the stairs.
