Kenmore Cottage is a home from home, it is centrally located, whilst in a peaceful residential area, a 10 minute walk from the quiet beach at Rustington. The 2 bedroom cottage is spacious and open plan with a comfortable lounge area, a modern well equipped kitchen and dining area. Both en-suite bedrooms are light and airy with a TV and plenty of wardrobe space. Enjoy the private cosy south/west facing terrace, and relax in your own private Jacuzzi Hot-Tub. There are 2 allocated parking spaces. Guest access Guests have a completely self contained 2 bedroom cottage with it's own entrance, parking and front door. The cottage has a private courtyard area with sole use of the hot tub during their stay. However, our property is attached to the cottage, so we do live on site in our own house. Other things to note We have an electric charging point that guests can use, bring your own tether to connect. Easy to use, just scan the QR code, charged at a locally competitive rate.
