Tiny Home on 14 acre Pine forest (w Starlink)
Description
Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. 5 minutes from downtown Lindale. Secluded and country yet close to restaurants, and stores like Walmart. This is a tiny house recycled from an old RV (5th wheel) that I stripped down to the frame and then built back up. It is pretty awesome but it is a work in progress. It has a functional hot shower, electricity, a compost toilet, and a Roku TV, and Starlink internet. The tiny house is modular and can be adjusted to suit your needs. The space The living area has a mini fridge, ice maker, stove, and desk with the option of either a futon or bunk beds. The shower has a small hot water heater, and a compost toilet you will need to sprinkle sawdust, shredded paper, or leaves (carbon) on your poop (nitrogen), and or pee outside on a plant. The property just got a USDA grant and will be a farm pretty soon so we are getting in the habit of building soil! Kitchen scraps can also be composted and collected in the pail under the sink. The property features a spring and gardens, as well as a variety of animals, including goats, chickens, and geese. This property is a multiple rental. Guest access Guests can use the trailer and area just outside to set up picnic table or use the firepit in front if there is no camper occupying the area. This rental does not include the garage or yurt. Other things to note The property is 14 acres and has multiple camp spots and a yurt. This listing does not include the other rentals. If you would like to rent the whole space let me know. There is a spring creek at the end of the property, you may need boots to get to it (the back gets flooded sometimes), to drive to the pasture or creek a 4x4 is recommended and could still get stuck if it is muddy!
