Afan Forest House

Situated in a quiet, semi-rural village is this charming, three-bedroom holiday home. On road parking for two cars, tastefully-presented interiors, and a spacious outdoor garden with seating and private hot tub. Please do not arrive early unless agreed in advance. * Check-out: By 10am. Please leave the property on time so we can prepare for the next guests. * Maximum occupancy: Only the number of guests stated on the booking may stay overnight unless agreed with us beforehand. * No parties or events: a quiet residential area, so parties, large gatherings and disruptive behaviour are not permitted. * Quiet hours: Please keep noise to a minimum, particularly between 10pm and 8am, out of consideration for our neighbours. * Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the property. Please dispose of cigarettes safely outside. * Candles: Candles, incense and naked flames are not permitted inside the property. * Pets: Pets are welcome,Please clean up after your pet. * Security: Please lock all doors and windows whenever leaving the property. * Parking: Please use the designated parking areas and avoid blocking access for neighbours. * Rubbish: Please place rubbish and recycling in the appropriate bins and follow the waste instructions provided. * Damage: Please report any accidental damage or breakages as soon as possible. We understand accidents happen and would much rather know about them. * Respect the property: Please leave the house and its contents in the same condition as you found them. * No illegal activities: Illegal drugs, criminal activity or any behaviour that could endanger others is strictly prohibited. * Neighbourhood: Please be respectful of our neighbours and the local Enjoy you stay ☺️
