The space The "Natem House" is a stunning, unique accommodation and yet infinitely versatile, so it is not comparable to any of the other accommodations offered. Of course, you have the 66 sqm accommodation completely for yourself. Your privacy is important to me. The property is lockable and equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras for your safety. The lodge itself was planned and furnished by us with full love and dedication. A home in the middle of the Amazon region for little money. When furnishing the place, it was important to me to ensure access to nature so that you can breathe in nature and become one with it without losing the usual comforts, such as high-speed Internet, hot water and drinking water quality. The sustainable natural materials used in the lodge are partly a collection of the jungle environment, such as the mandala front, the gigantic dream catchers for a quiet and protected sleep, the awnings, etc. My husband and I built this lodge ourselves, it's like our third child. The open-plan kitchen, where you will find all the basics for cooking, is a special, artistic creation like everything else in the house. All details were created with love for our children and are based on individual solutions to cook and bake together with children while they play on the climbing wall (which is still in progress).    The rooms are all completely open except for the lockable bathroom. In the gallery there is a 2 x 2 m king size bed, absolutely suitable as a family bed as well as a cozy sofa bed/queen size bed for 2 people below. The large terrace with direct river views invites you to absolute peace and relaxation. It is ideal for meditation, yoga, a little nap in the hammock, reading or even working on the MacBook while drinking your morning coffee. You will be accompanied by wonderful bird songs and the sound of water in the background or sporadic indigenous songs. Here all worries are forgotten and blockages are resolved. Upstairs in the loft there is a work area, an elongated desk with 2 different heights for all ages. The bathroom is also child-friendly with another children's toilet, the large bathtub with warm water is great for relaxing, or for bathing with the kids. Outside, campfires are welcome, the hammocks can also be easily attached under the house and the stone beach on the river is open for you at any time. On the opposite side of the river there is a private parking space in our indigenous village where you can park. From there, we will pick you up by canoe and take you to the lodge.  Special notes: Since the lodge is located in the middle of the rainforest, right on the river, water and jungle noises, such as birdsong or crackling branches, are completely normal here. At night, you can often see divers from the village diving and fishing for special fish that only come out at night. Also bookable for you as an excursion. For families: This is a place specifically designed for families. There are many attractions for children. They are welcome in the indigenous culture. The Kichwa children are shy but open, interested and like to play with your children. If you need special utensils such as a baby bed, please contact me early.  For long-term guests: stays longer than 30 days or several months are welcome. Here you will get a special price, please ask me. Digital nomads: There is high-speed Internet in the accommodation, so you can also do your business from the accommodation.  Personality development and spiritual/shamanic rituals: On request, our shamans offer a wide range of services, e.g. retreats or individual sessions of Ayahuasca ceremonies, knowledge of medicinal plants, physical treatments for health problems and much more can be booked separately.  The "Natem House" is perfect for all these wishes, whether alone or on request for up to 6 people. Location about 25 km from Puyo.  This place is not for you if you... don't like nature and its sounds,  are looking for the party or luxury vacation of a lifetime, You are closed to indigenous culture,  You don't like nature and our habitat. Guest access The lodge is located in the middle of the village of a Kichwa tribe, so if you like you can experience this indigenous culture up close, but of course you don't have to. There is a great restaurant run by my Kichwa family, where there are traditional but also vegetarian/vegan dishes, from breakfast to dinner - to be paid on site in the restaurant.
