In fact upon visiting this lovely property for the first time, we announced that we'd like to move in! Conveniently positioned down a quiet lane, it's just a 10 minute walk from all of Wroxham's amenities. Upon entering The Firs, it is light, airy and spacious. And you can't help but mutter a little ‘wow'! There are two large kingsize bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room, a family bathroom and a large open-planned living area with a vaulted and beamed ceiling. The modern, well stocked kitchen opens onto the lounge, which has wonderful views over the garden and water outside. Large bifold doors mean that wherever you are in the living area, you can enjoy the views, and on a beautiful day, where better to sit with a cuppa (or something stronger!) than on the decking or in the garden. After a day out exploring the Norfolk Broads, you'll be looking forward to getting home to this lovely cottage and simply relaxing in the beautiful surroundings, both inside and outside. And by the end of your stay, we are sure you'll feel refreshed and ready to plan your next visit. There is ramp access to the front door from the parking area (step access in the garden). PARENTS PLEASE NOTE: This property has an unfenced river front. STRICTLY a no smoking property. Smokers are allowed to smoke outside but not inside the house.
