Magnolia Cottage

Relax at Magnolia Cottage, a small private Guest House located on our 25 acre farm. This hotel room-size cottage has a *new Queen bed suitable for 1-2 guests, kitchenette features a small sink, refrigerator with freezer, microwave and toaster oven (no stove) cozy and stylish space with heat/ac and electric fireplace. Bathroom has a walk in shower stall. Location is close to Cranberry shopping and restaurants, weddings and events in Butler county, less than 40 minutes from Downtown Pittsburgh. The space Studio type apartment, new Queen size bed, bright and cozy space, quiet, desk area for remote working. Guest access Front porch, large yard area, walking path (seasonal) Other things to note We do have friendly pets on the property as well as farm animals. You may hear a rooster or quail, but otherwise it’s very quiet. Our large mixed breed dog Holly may bark, but she is friendly-just greet her by name if you should encounter her in the yard during your stay. Our tabby cat Clio is around as well.
