We will welcome our guest with snacks, fruit and wine, for a quick feeling at being home ☺️ The space Perfect duplex with privacy for two couples in one of Copenhagen’s beautiful townhouses. The apartment features a variety of exciting artwork, designer furniture, and an aesthetic interior including 2 B&O televisions and B&O speakers - this is our private home, and when we rent it out, we are either traveling or staying at our summer house, which is about an hour’s drive from the apartment. We always make sure to stock the fridge with a few treats, drinks, and fresh fruit so our guests can feel at home right away. Special requests are always welcome – just let us know ☺️ Bedroom 1 Elevation King size: 210x210 (box+memory foam top) includes private bathroom and toilet with bidet. This bedroom is placed in the top floor and have air condition + mosquito net at the windows. Bedroom 2 Bed in the closet Queen size: 140x200 (box+memory foam top) includes private bathroom and toilet. This bedroom is very clever made with a very good bed. The bed can be closed, so it doesn’t look like anything else that a smart wardrobe. Kitchen Have all modern equipment, also ice cold cleaned water and sparkling water from the tap. Gas stove, oven, fridge, automatic ice cube maker in the freezer, thermomixer and whatever you need for being brilliant in the food making skills. The kitchen is open with large dining table, big television, bar seatings and includes direct access to the private roof top terrace. Roof top terrace If you like flowers we share interest- to be sure having space enough we need to stop the amount of flowers. There is space around the table for 8 persons and around the sofa for 6 persons. (Please respect the neighbours and don’t play loud music at the terrace after 11 pm) In the colder months you can enjoy the heatinglamp that is placed over the sofa. Living room Perfect relax area with sofa area, fireplace, and a very large television. Extra entertainment room This room is for fun, relaxation and great for a small rest. Washing and drying is free for your use and includes fragrancefree soap - It is placed in the in the basement. NOTE - The apartment is placed on the 2. floor from the street, so you will have to go from stairs to the 2. floor before you entered the apartment. Inside the apartment you will also find stairs because the apartment contains 3 floors in total. And for this reason it’s not suitable for children. Guest access You have the entire apartment Other things to note Note that it is an old house and the stairs are narrow in the entrance. There are also stairs inside the apartment and no option to set up a child lock, which is why the apartment is not suitable for children.
