Other things to note Some details to know about the property: We have had some issues before with guests experiencing plumbing issues such as clogging and backups through shower drains. To avoid any of these issues happen during your stay or Plumbing fees, we recommend to “flush as you go”. We also recommend to use wastebaskets to throw away used toilet paper, wipes, feminine products and any other item. ONLY toilet paper would be allowed to be flushed down and in the case that it is needed to flush toilet paper, please to not flush too much all at once to avoid clogging’s or back ups. Absolutely, NO WIPES or feminine products should be flushed down. They will cause clogs and back up through shower drain. Unfortunately, this is an old building with very old pipes that have experienced build up throughout the years so these issues do tend to happen very often if we are not careful.
