Guest access The property is accessed through the main front gate, and guests have 24-hour access. All units feature keyless and a key is available inside your apartment, should you ever need it. Check-In & Check-Out * Check-in: After 2:00 PM * Check-out: By 11:00 AM Early Check-In (12:00 PM): If our cleaning schedule allows, a 12:00 PM early check-in may be available for an additional $30. Just send us a message to check availability. If available, we'll send the request through Airbnb for you to accept. Quick Guest Guidelines * Adults only (18+) * No visitors * Quiet hours, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM * No smoking on property * Windows & doors stay closed: Due to humidity and salt air * No pets or Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) * Trained service animals are always welcome! We love them! We are here to help with just about anything during your stay. The only two things we are unable to accommodate are late checkout and luggage storage. Anything else, let us know! Other things to note In 2023, I came to Coco Loco as a guest and it was for sale. After 3 days on property, I could not help but dream about it... I went back home and kept dreaming. So I sold everything I owned, left the corporate world, and made the jump!!! I made the move to Vieques, best decision I've ever made. Today, Coco Loco has five apartments, including my unit.
