Ideal location not needing a car! The space >>> Location, Location, Location! While the studio is right in town, it offers easy access to the outdoors! The Sawmill Loop Trail is located just one block from the loft. It's an easy but scenic ~1.5-mile trail that meanders along a stream (the same stream that runs right outside your front door!), over a couple of bridges and ends at the picturesque Sawmill Reservoir (keep an eye out for moose!). Guests can also cross one of the two bridges out the front door and walk out the back “yard” to access Four O’clock Run. Hike up for a good workout to explore the resort's trails and ski runs in summer or down for a quieter route to town. And of course, historic Main St, the heart of Breck's retail and entertainment district is just a quick 5-minute walk down the hill. >>> Kitchenette: Perfect for making a quick breakfast before heading out or for those nights when you just want to stay in. The kitchenette is equipped with the essentials as well as a Keurig machine. >>> Living/ Sleeping Area: Big style and comfort on a small scale! The studio boasts a queen bed, small couch, large dresser and smart TV with popular streaming services and apps (guests to use their own log in). There’s everything you need, nothing you don’t. >>> Bathroom: Features a walk-in shower with a small bench. Towels, wash clothes, body wash/ shampoo/ conditioner and paper products are provided. >>> Exterior: You have your own quaint south-facing deck that’s perfect for enjoying a coffee and quick snack while soaking up that glorious Colorado sun! And if you bring your bike, there’s a rack located in the exterior foyer of the building. >>> Parking: Surface parking is first come, first served. Please be sure to display the provided parking pass. Guest access Guests have access to the entire unit. Additionally, the studio is accessed via a private, non-shared, front door. Other things to note We truly want our guests to enjoy a 5 STAR experience while in Breckenridge so please review the below prior to booking: >> Age: Guests must be at least 25 years old or accompanied by a parent. >> Check in/ check out Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Please plan your logistics accordingly as we are often unable to accommodate different times. >> Pool & Hot Tub: Our pool & hot tub complex is located approximately 2 blocks from the studio (3 if driving). It is usually closed during our shoulder seasons. Typically, this is from mid-April to Memorial Day, and again between Labor Day and the opening of the resort (often mid-November). If you are concerned about the complex being open you can confirm the hours by searching "Upper Village HOA" on the internet (sorry, AirBnB doesnt allow hyperlinks). >> Air Conditioning: Like most accommodation here in the high country, the studio does not have air-conditioning. However, with nights in the mountains being cool opening the windows in the evening, and closing the blinds during the day, will generally keep the space nice and comfortable. >> Children: The loft is listed as “not suitable for infants”. There are no amenities (pack n play, plastic kitchenware, booster seats, etc) nor protections (electrical outlet covers, cabinet locks, stair gate, etc) for infants. Also, there is no bathtub for washing little ones, just a shower. >> Sleeping: The couch is not a fold-out sleeper. There is only the queen-sized bed. >> Pets: Sorry, the HOA does not allow non-owners to have them.
