Cozy and renovated apartment intended for family tourism, located in the heart of Salou, a 5-minute walk from the beach and a 10-minute walk from Port Aventura. It has a supermarket under the building, bars/restaurants and leisure areas. The space The apartment sleeps 4 and is distributed as follows: - A room with a double bed. - A room with two single beds - All rooms have a ceiling fan. - A fully equipped bathroom with: shower, hair dryer and towels, soap, shampoo - Fully equipped kitchen with: fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, dishes, cutlery and other utensils. - Living room equipped with: TV, WIFI and hot/cold air conditioning. Guest access There are two community areas: - Adult pool and children's pool. (located in the building next door) - Large garden area. - Playground Other things to note - Elevator - Linen: comforters, linens… Bathroom: Towels… - Washing machine, iron and clothesline - Parking included a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Please do not disturb the neighbors and it is totally forbidden to have parties. Smoking will only be allowed on the terrace. A tourist tax of €1.75 per person per night will be charged, with a maximum of 7 days. Children under 16 are exempt from that tax. Check-in time is anytime after 4pm, guests will get an access code for easy entry at any time (anytime after 4pm). Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. The pool will be open from June 1st to September 30th from 10:00 am to 9:00pm It will be closed from April 11th to May 31st. €50 charge for each set of lost/non-returned keys, including parking keys.
