Our Chalet style lake house is located at the tip of Eckley Point on 93 feet of Lake Bomoseen water front. The property is located on quiet and private cul-de-sac and features sweeping Southern views looking down the Lake. Air Conditioned!! The space The open floor plan features cathedral ceilings with floor to ceiling doors leading out to a large deck with incredible views. This main level boasts a spacious living room with 2 comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV, sound bar speaker, a dining area with a large table that seats 6. There is also a bedroom (2 twin beds), bathroom and kitchen on this level. The second floor has hard wood floors, a master bedroom with a queen bed and large windows overlooking the lake, and a loft with 2 twin beds. Time slows down in this peaceful setting at the end of a cul-de-sac which makes this one of the most quiet and private places on the lake. Watch the Sunset with a glass of wine from the large deck overlooking the lake. Enjoy the large lawn that gently slopes to a new custom built boat dock and deck that provides easy access to swimming. Bedroom 1: Queen bed (main level) Bedroom 2: Two twin beds (main level) Loft: Two twin beds (second level) Must bring your own sheets. We supply pillows, duvets and duvet covers. Beds are 1 x queen, 4 x twin. Located on "perch bay" one of the best best fishing areas on the lake. The dock has a boat lift in case you bring or rent a boat. Fully equipped kitchen with new floor and paint, plenty of good quality cookware and utensils, new microwave and fridge, plus a coffee maker and toaster. Fire pit platform overlooking the lake with string and fairy lighting. Perfect for relaxing with family and friends under the stars and making s'mores. Propane gas grill. Wifi. Brand new whole house water filtration system. Updated bathroom with new tile, toilet and a sliding glass door shower enclosure. Must bring your own sheets & towels (bath and beach).
