We are looking for guests who are respectful, quiet and tidy so that others can enjoy a peaceful and comfortable experience. The room and main entrance has an electronic locks with your personal code. You will be sharing common space with guests in 2 other rooms in this 3rd-floor apartment. This is a shared home so we ask everyone to be tidy and mindful of the common areas to ensure everyone is comfortable. We are located IN THE HEART OF THE CITY so there will be street noise. Fortunately street parking is easy. We strive to always have a 5 star rating so we send out messages after check in to ensure everything upon checking in is to your liking. If it’s not, and the issue is within reason we will address it immediately to ensure a comfortable stay! During your stay You will be sharing common kitchen, bathroom and living room space with guests in 2 other rooms in this 3rd-floor apartment. Bedrooms are private with electronic locks. Other things to note The property is in the city so there will be street noise. House is c.1900 which makes it very charming, but also means older windows and waiting a while to run hot water.
