Resort is direct oceanfront w/beach access located across from a large shopping plaza which has grocery store, Walgreens, lots of restaurants, retail shops and an ice cream parlor! We have everything including sun just bring your sunscreen & toothbrush. **Update** WE HAVE OPENED 1 OUTDOOR POOL & INDOOR POOL, HOT TUB, FITNESS CENTER & SAUNA The space Cozy studio unit with open floor plan, private bathroom, kitchen area with dining table and 2 chairs, 2 queen beds, and a small Juliette balcony with ocean views & beautiful sunsets. Listen to and watch the ocean waves or watch the sunset in the evening sipping your favorite beverage. The resort is located directly across from the Bellair Shopping plaza which boasts such stores as Walgreens, Publix grocery store, Dollar Tree, retail shopping and restaurants including an ice cream parlor! Guest access We have opened 1 heated outdoor pool and the indoor pool and 1 hot tub but working on heaters. Also available are fitness center and sauna. We have beach access and private parking in the lot on other side of white fence. Beach access on the north side of the building at the new beach ramp with spray off fountains and benches Other things to note We are located 8 miles (20 minutes) from Daytona Speedway and Int'l Airport, and hour and half from Orlando's Int'l Airport, 2 hours from Disney. Head north an hour on A1A for a beautiful scenic drive to historic Saint Augustine. Go south an hour and you can explore Cape Canaveral. Ponce Inlet is another quaint place to visit and is just south on A1A about 20 minutes. Explore the lighthouse, dine on the water, or charter your our fishing excursion! New Smyrna beach is another gem located about 30 minutes south. Lots of art shops, great cuisine, spectacular beaches and a hoppin night life! Flagler Ave has everything for everyone! If you love hiking we have some of the most beautiful parks around! As you head north towards Saint Augustine on A1A you'll pass Washington Oaks Gardens State Park. 425 acres of coastal scenery, multiple trails to explore gardens, rock formations on the beach, bike trails, fishing, lots of bird and wildlife, or enjoy lunch under majestic oak trees or in the covered pavilion with grills located throughout the picnic area. The great thing about Florida, you can explore lots of different places all in a days journey!
