It is close to parks, traditional markets, night markets, and restaurants with gourmet cuisines from various countries. It is easy to take the MRT to reach popular attractions in Taipei City. The space The suite is well-lit, well-ventilated, equipped with a dining table and work area, wet and dry separated bath, and the kitchen - providing basic utensils and daily necessities, such as induction cooker, microwave oven, kettle, refrigerator, pots and pans for easy cooking . Warm decor, queen bed with comfort bedding, sofa, and cloth washer/dryer. Suitable for 1-2 guests. Guest access Guests can use all the space and equipment in the house. Other things to note **NO PARTY OR EVENT** This is a residential building, not suitable for parties or events, please keep quiet from 9pm to 6am. No smoking inside the house. **arrival and departure** - Upon arrival, Eric or a co-host will meet you at the apartment, introduce the building facilities and apartment equipment in detail, local tips, and provide keys. - Please reconfirm with me if there is any need for early check-in or late check-out. **Garbage Disposal** Every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 8 o'clock, there will be cleaning staff to collect the garbage. It is recommended to put the garbage outside the door the night before.
