Every room at the front of the house boasts lovely open views to the coast while the back of the cottage has a lawned area and sunny patio with garden furniture for al fresco dining on warmer evenings, and an Arctic Hut for cosy, outdoor cooking and relaxing on snugly deerskin during the winter months. The entrance door leads into a spacious open-plan, well-equipped kitchen/dining room, again with those sensational views, which is the hub of the house. Tastefully decorated with a large dining table and an inviting sitting room with a wood burning stove and comfy sofas, this house really does have it all. A sunny conservatory with corner sofa and double-doors gives access to the enclosed garden - perfect for children and dogs to play safely, while parents relax. There are three bedrooms in the house (one super-king, and two kings) each with their own televisions, and two bathrooms. Barn Cottage is a lovely bolt hole to escape to at any time of the year and Salthouse is an idyllic destination offering the beach only a ten minute walk away, a fantastic local pub and shop, also within walking distance, and for wildlife enthusiasts the Norfolk Wildlife Trust Visitor Centre is just down the road at Cley Marshes. There are two internal steps in and out of sitting room. Shower room With shower, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail. Conservatory With large corner sofa and double-doors on to the garden. First Floor: Master bedroom Lovely super-king size bed and views out to the sea. En-suite bathroom With a free-standing bath, walk-in shower, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail. Outside: A large, fully enclosed garden which enjoys sun all day, with patio, garden furniture and Arctic Hut. One allocated parking space is located on the gravel drive beside Barn Cottage's garden gate.
