Your rooms are isolated from the rest of the house on the second floor with a separate entrance that opens to a shared hall and laundry. The bedroom is large with an en suite bathroom and queen. The living room/ bunk room has two single beds, fridge, toaster, microwave. We have a wonderful, wooded location near Maine beaches and the University of New England. We are just minutes from Hills Beach and Fortunes Rocks Beach. Kennebunkport the city of Portland and Old Orchard beach are close. Also available to you is a living room across the hall with two extra long twin beds and a jumbo couch (which can double as a bed for children) and a large screen TV. We also have a well maintained outdoor hot tub. Our second floor is where your room is with a private entrance and shared hall and laundry facility . If there are teens coming and sleeping in the bonus room they are welcome to use the full bathroom at the bottom of the stairs. We are busy but whenever we can we like to interact with our guests. University of New England is a two minute walk. Hills beach a 7 minute walk. Fortunes Rocks beach a 7 minute drive. Kennebunkport 20 minute drive. Old Orchard Beach 30 minute drive. Biddeford Pool 10 minute drive or 30 minute bike ride. Portland ME 30-40 minute drive. If you have a car that is best but limited bus service is available from UNE to Biddeford and Old Orchard Beech. Many of our guests choose to Uber. We will provide you with beach equipment (towels, chairs, sand toys for children). We provide in the living room a refrigerator, microwave and toaster. Continental breakfast of bagels, juice and coffee creamer and various snacks are provided. You are welcome to use our hot tub.
