Large apartment with five comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms of different sizes. Living room with TV and sofa; free Wi-Fi for guests. A fully equipped kitchen is available. There are three bathrooms, outside the rooms but private. The location is strategic: convenient to the historic center of Ortigia, and to other places of interest, such as the Archaeological Park, but also for trips to the sea and other tourist resorts in the province. The space The two quadruple bedrooms have a king-size double bed (200x190) and a sofa bed (140x190), also comfortable for adults. The two larger double bedrooms (14 sqm, 16 sqm) have a standard double bed (160x190); the smaller double bedroom (12 sqm) has a queen size double bed (140x190). The beds in the rooms are all double beds without the possibility of being divided. The apartment can accommodate up to 14 people, but from the 11th to the 14th guest there is a surcharge of €20 per day per person. Guest access Guests of the property have common access to the kitchen equipped with sink, induction fires, refrigerator, doors / drawers, dishes and two tables (130x80) with eight chairs in total. Other things to note There is ample public parking in front of the property for the car / motorcycle accommodation; it is recommended to pay special attention to cross the street that separates the accommodation from the parking lot in question.
