The swimming pool is located on the upper terrace, offering privacy and freshness for leisure time. The space The house is located in a rural area, with grassy spaces, trees, in contact with nature and with total privacy. The property consists of a set of 3 buildings. In the first house, there is a large and spacious living and dining room, an open space kitchen with lots of natural light, 1 bedroom and a bathroom. In the second house, there is 1 bedroom with a living area and a kitchenette and a bathroom. In the third house, there is 1 bedroom on the mezzanine and the living room on the ground floor with a kitchenette with a seating area and a bathroom. In the space outside the 3 houses, we have the terrace covered by the typical vineyard branch that refreshes and allows you to eat meals, read a book and enjoy the tranquility of the place. The dining table is also here. The kitchen of the main house is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to prepare meals. The swimming pool is located on the upper terrace of the property in an area with great sun exposure and high privacy. Next to the house we have the covered space where the traditional barbecue is located. The property is 5 km from Ponte de Lima, 30 km from Braga and 72 km from Porto airport.
