Enjoy the gorgeous view of the East Reservoir as you enter the living room & onto the deck, spend the day on/in the water, or visit the local restaurants which are located within walking distance from the home. You can end your evening sitting by the fire pit enjoying the beautiful lake view from sunup to sun down. The space OUTDOOR SPACE - Free two space parking (Standard Car size) - Propane Grill - Outdoor Furniture with pergola - Fire Pit (Please bring your own wood/Friendly Express Gas Station Sells) - Boat dock (Rent a boat for the day and park it at our dock) KITCHEN & DINING The open concept dining, kitchen and living room allows for scenic views of the lake in all areas of the first floor. The home includes a full kitchen on the main floor and also a built-in bar located in the basement. - Refrigerator/Freezer - Microwave - Stove/Oven - Keurig - Toaster - Sink (Hot and Cold Water) - Cooking Utensils - Glasses - Silverware and Dishes - Pots & Pans LIVING AREA The first floor includes a master bedroom with one queen bed and large walk-in closet. The sofa in the living room includes a pull out queen bed. The stunning lake view does not end on the first floor, continue upstairs to the third floor, open concept bedroom, where there is two queen beds and one twin size bed. - Queen Beds (3) - Twin Bed (1) - Pull out couch in Living Room (1) - Couches (one pullout couch in the main living room area and one standard couch in the basement) - Smart TV’s (4) - WiFi BATHROOM & LAUNDRY The newly renovated bathrooms are located on the main floor and in the basement. If needed, a washer and dryer are located in the basement of the home for your convenience. - Showers (2) - Towels - Toiletries - Shampoo & Conditioner - Body Soap - Washer & Dryer Security - Ring camera facing the walkway to the house from the street to ensure safety of the property and guest - Camera bulb above entry door -Camera bulb facing our jetski & boat of the lake. Our house is on a public lake and we need to ensure safety of our property. -Please do not attempt any house parties. We are in a residential community with very nice houses. The neighbors live year around here. Cleaning -We hire a professional cleaning company after every single stay. Cleanliness is a priority for us. If there is ever an issue at all- please message us immediately as the owner of the company lives right down the street. Guest access Our guests have full access to the home aside from the garage, shed and most importantly, our boat and Jet Ski. Guests are more than welcome to walk the dock to get a closer look at the beautiful lake, but we emphasize that you please respect our personal property and do not step onto the boat or Jet Ski. However, we built another dock that you can park your or your visitors boat or fish off of! Off to the right of the brand new dock is a very shallow area with a sand bottom- please feel free to request life jackets as we have them stored on the property. We would always recommend water shoes/feet protection as this is a public lake. Other things to note Security- We have a ring camera at the front door as well as a light bulb camera. We have a rear camera facing the lake to monitor our Jetski and Boat. There are no other cameras. Please do not unplug our router or wifi as we will have to give you a call or stop at the property. We want to stay completely out of your way! Our property is .1 of an acre. The parking is in the driveway at the street. There is a walk way that has 3 steps down to the path and there are 3 other drop down steps along the way. This property would not be best for an individual needing ramps for wheelchairs or walkers.
