Any guests found to be hosting an event or party will be subject to immediate eviction without the possibility of reimbursement. NO SMOKING INSIDE Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. SMART TV INFO All our properties are equipped with state-of-the-art smart TVs.
