My wife and I take great care of it to fulfill the needs of our guests so they can relax and enjoy their vacations. The space Ideal for families with children or couples, the apartment is fully equipped. It has a room with a very comfortable double bed, two sofa beds, two separate bathrooms, bed linen and towels, electric water heater, kitchen, air conditioning in the room and in the living room, WiFi, TV, washing machine in the apartment and terrace with views. Guest access The complex has 24-hour surveillance and a desalination plant, then the water service will never be a problem. Furthermore, our guests will have parking available, direct access to Playa Guacuco, awning and chairs service (additional), a panoramic pool overlooking the bay, a semi-Olympic pool, restaurant with service on the beach and delivery to the apartment, a convenience store, nursing room, tennis courts, children's playground, ping-pong table and spa service. It is important to mention that these services are for the exclusive use of the owners and tenants. Other things to note The location is unbeatable! Just 10 minutes away is the Sambil Shopping Center and 15 from the center of Pampatar, where you will find many shops and restaurants serving national and international food. If you arrive by plane and have no way to move on the island, you will find car rental companies at the airport. We can also organize in advance an additional taxi service to pick you up, so we will feel safe at all times.
