Close to Sophia-Antipolis also for passing workers. The 24 m2 Chalet is located at the rear of the house (without direct view) and is surrounded by greenery and a summer terrace area dedicated to it. Possibility to use the petanque court or our children's games. The pool is shared. The space Your car can stay in front of the chalet on our property, which is secured by a gate and cameras. The 25 m2 chalet has one bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed, a living area with a kitchenette and a 140 x 200 sofa bed, a shower with toilet and a mezzanine with two single mattresses that can be placed on the floor (note: ladder reserved for adults). Guest access Guests have access to their private terrace, the petanque court, our children's outdoor games under your responsibility (trampoline) and the swimming pool shared with the owners on the defined schedules (9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday) or with the agreement of the owners outside the hours. Please note the swimming pool is accessible to children (without barrier) Other things to note Housekeeping at your expense or optional on site: €100 Sheets: provided for a double bed and 2 single beds.
