*Motor Parking only* ‼️NO PARKING FOR 4-wheeled vehicles PATH House is at Ambiong, Aurora Hill. It is around 20-min ride from city proper. From the unit to the city is a 3-min walk to hail a taxi or a 15-min steep walk to the jeepney terminal. Very homey studio-type apartment ideal for groups of 2 to 3. It is located at the 4th flr so you'll need to climb 50 steps. We also have an overlooking rooftop area wherein you can chill. If you want to experience how to live like a local, book with us The space The unit is inside our family compound and is adjacent to our family house. You'll find that the whole building is oddly shaped which gives it a unique style. :) This specific unit is studio-type - a double bed for 2 and a pull-out bed for a third guest. You'll be able to have private access to the entire place which has its own kitchen where you can cook and a private bathroom with a hot & cold shower. It is located on the 4th floor and just a few steps from this area is our rooftop where you can have a view of the sunset or the mountain lights. Kindly note that this a homestay accommodation so don’t expect hotel-like amenities. :) Guest access The compound has a gate and the unit is located at the 4th floor. You'll have private access to the whole unit. Other things to note -You will need to climb stairs (50 steps) to go to the unit so be ready for some cardio exercise. yay! :) -Because of the accessibility, the unit might be difficult to reach for the elderly and small children. -We have no curfew. Just be sure to close the gates when you arrive late at night. NOTE on Early Check-in: We can accommodate early check-in depending on the availability of the unit. All check-ins before 2pm will be charged per hour. NOTE on Late Check-in: We only accommodate late check-in until 7PM. NOTE on Late Check-out: We allow late check out until 2PM as long as there is no next guest. Please also note that we do not have a parking space for cars.
