Come and relax in our basement apartment with separate outside entrance. Enjoy a BBQ and sit in the serene backyard patio area with a running stream and fish pond (okay...the fish are small :). Quiet neighborhood close to the beautiful Richfield Lion’s Park, skate park, children's playground and the swimming pool. Only a few blocks from the entrance to the Paiute ATV trail, local mountain bike trails and the shuttle meeting place. With bike storage behind a closed gate in the backyard. Bathroom is clean and nice but small and only has a shower. *Outside entrance is a stairwell so it is not accessible to persons with mobility limitations. This is our basement apartment and we hang out upstairs so guests are welcome to call or knock on the door for any needs, questions or concerns. Beautiful quiet neighborhood Yard is beautifully landscaped and a paved walking path is just outside the back fence gate.
