The apartment is centrally located between Unkel and Erpel in the quiet Heister district. From there, the nearest shopping mall is within walking distance. It was renovated and completed in July 2023. A modern and cozy interior invites you to linger. The space The apartment has a size of 45 square meters and is spacious and bright. You sleep in a double bed measuring 1.80 × 2 m. A sofa bed (1.40 x 1.95) is available for additional guests. The adjoining kitchen is very spacious and includes all common kitchen appliances including a dishwasher. A terrace overlooking the countryside invites you to enjoy breakfast with the morning sun, especially in the summer months. A bakery for fresh rolls is 500 meters away. A parking space in front of the door is included in the rental fee. The apartment is pet-free. Guest access You will use a large living room and bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom as well as the associated hallway. Other things to note Our region has plenty to offer. There is the Rhine Trail which runs along the Stuxberg and its waterfall, among other things. Enjoy the beautiful Rhine promenade and the cozy town center of Unkel. Even well-known politicians such as Adenauer and Brandt liked it here so much that they temporarily lived here. Also interesting is the historic and picturesque village of Erpel with its Erpeler Ley. Erpel was mainly known for its bridge in the 2nd World War II, of which today their bridge towers can be visited. Our region is definitely worth a trip!
