The idyllic attic apartment in the small town of Wittenburg is located directly next to the city park "Schäferbruch". The apartment can be reached via a staircase. In the kitchen there is a seating area for several people as well as a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove and coffee machine. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet. In the combined living and bedroom there is a large Double bed, baby bed, couch set, TV and fireplace available. Floor heating and fast Wi-Fi are provided. The space The apartment is about 56 m² and has a spacious living room/bedroom of about 35 m². This is located in the attic. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink and all rooms have underfloor heating. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove with oven, coffee machine for Nespresso capsules and various kitchen utensils. Guest access The idyllic attic apartment is located in the back row of the property. On the ground floor there are 2 garages, on the top floor the apartment. So it is separate and very quiet. In the front area on the property I live with my wife Petra. So you get along the driveway between the gable of the rear house and a goldfish pond to the entrance of the apartment. Immediately to the right of the entrance is a sheltered seating area overlooking the pond and garden. Here you can also grill on request with the gas grill. As a rule, the entrance key will be in the lock on arrival, and this will also be used by the guest for the duration of the stay. However, it is recommended to ring the bell on the street in the main house on the day of arrival. Then I'll be happy to come over to give a little briefing. If I or my wife are not at home on the day of arrival due to vacation, there is a key in the key safe, to the left of the door, on the outside wall. Behind the front door is a well-traveled staircase to the top floor. All rooms and the shower are at ground level, without a step to reach. Parking is free on the street directly in front of the front house. The street is a quiet residential street that leads directly into the city park, Schäferbruch.
