There is one other house in the front. - This home features an open area concept. - Living room is equipped with a 50 inch smart TV (Subscriptions not provided, please log into your own accounts.) - Bedroom is furnished with a King size bed. - Bathroom has a full size tub with complimentary shampoo/conditioner and body wash. - Well-equipped kitchen with full size stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. - Complimentary coffee, tea, spices and cooking oil is provided. - Large desk with strong wifi for the remote worker *Pack and play and/or twin floor mattress (78"L x 38"W) available upon request* please let us know asap if this is needed since it is not stored on the property Parking: It is a shared driveway however, there is one designated free parking space next to the house for our guests. If additional parking is needed: Overnight street parking requires a parking permit which can be purchased online at the City of Alhambra website. The cost is $5 per night. A printer is provided for your convenience. Gardeners are on the premises on Thursdays. Guest access Guest are allowed to access the entire home except a few cabinets in the kitchen marked “locked” and the locked storage in the laundry room. Other things to note This is a private home. Please treat the space with care. Let us know if there are any issues immediately upon arrival and we will do our best to take action as soon as possible. Please throw excess trash into the bins near the back of the house.
