KITCHEN & DINING ★ Delight in culinary adventures in our well-appointed kitchen, featuring a wood-burning stove, fridge, stacked oven, stove, dishwasher and other cooking essentials. ★ Gather around the dining table or kitchen bar, fully equipped with kitchenware for your convenience. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS ★ Rejuvenate in luxury within our master suite, featuring a king bed, ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub, walk-in shower, sauna, and a private balcony overlooking the breathtaking surroundings. ★ The second bedroom, with its queen bed, also boasts an ensuite bathroom for added convenience. Additionally, it features a pull-out sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space and a selection of children's books. ★ Retreat to the cozy Basement Lounge, equipped with a queen bed and additional seating for ultimate relaxation. Enjoy games like hockey, watch DVDs on the TV, play video games, or cozy up by the extra fireplace. ★ There is also a half bathroom on the main level for added convenience. OUTDOOR OASIS ★ Step outside onto our expansive wraparound deck, designed for al fresco dining and relaxation. ★ Take in the fresh mountain air as you unwind on the picnic table, pergola, porch swing, or hammock, serenaded by the gentle sounds of the nearby creek. FIREWOOD AVAILABILTY ★ Guests are kindly requested to bring their own firewood for the indoor fireplace. Any on-site firewood is reserved for the owner’s use only. ★ Firewood can be purchased at most local gas stations or grocery stores. ★ For your comfort, every room in the house does have electric baseboard heat with its own thermostat. 🚫 ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AND LIMITATIONS 🚫 • Parking is available with space for one vehicle in the garage and additional parking in the driveway. • While we don't offer air conditioning, ceiling fans and a radiant heat system ensure your comfort. • We are limited to satellite internet, which means there is just not enough bandwidth to stream anything. We pay for the best Wi-Fi available, and it's still not good enough. It's our only internet option here for now. • The TV in the property does not have TV service. However, we do provide a DVD player and a selection of DVDs for your entertainment. • Starter kit provided: Toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. We recommend bringing any additional items you may require for your stay. • Please note that several owner's closets are locked in the living room, bedrooms and basement. These are private areas and are not accessible to guests. • Our cabin features a large soaking tub for relaxation. However, the jets in the tub have entered retirement many moons ago. • The outdoor grill is no longer available in order to comply with county regulations. ❄️ WINTER RESERVATIONS ❄️ ★ Guests must have a 4-wheel drive vehicle equipped with snow-capable tires. Rear-wheel-drive vehicles are not recommended. ★ While the road to the cabin is regularly plowed, guests may need to clear the walkway and parking area themselves. There are no cameras inside the property. Our cameras are motion-activated and recordings are stored in the cloud. Do not unplug or tamper with any security devices, including the Ring Camera, or any other essential devices. Guest access • A unique door code is provided to guests just before check-in. • You will have private access to the whole cabin throughout the duration of your stay. • Please note that several owner's closets are locked in the living room, bedrooms and basement. These are private areas and are not accessible to guests. • The 2-car garage is available, but only one spot is designated for guest use. Please note that all items inside are for the owner's use only, except for the snow shovel, which guests are welcome to use. Other things to note 📌 To confirm your reservation, Tailored Stays requires a signed rental agreement (along with a government-issued ID) within 48 hours of booking. Additionally, a security deposit "hold" of $500 is required for all reservations. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please do not hesitate to contact Tailored Stays. ⏰ Late check-out requires prior approval. Unapproved late check-outs will be charged hourly based on our cleaning team’s rate. - ABOUT OUR BOOKING REQUIREMENTS - 📝 Rental Agreement & Government ID: Our insurance company requires a clear definition of the guest-host relationship, hence the need for a rental agreement. This agreement confirms the terms between our guests and our company. The signer of the rental agreement must match the government ID provided. 💳 Security Deposit: A security deposit "hold" of $500 is required for all reservations. It is a temporary hold on the card processed by "Stripe," a widely trusted credit card processor. This hold will take place 2 days before your arrival and will be released 2 days after your departure, provided that the property is left in good condition and the house rules are followed. ✅ These requirements are standard for all our properties and are part of our commitment to maintaining the properties we manage on behalf of our owners.
