This FQ Story Historic District home is centrally located in the heart of PHX. The main house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, laundry, family & dining rooms. An additional detached casita is set up as a studio apt w/ another bathroom. Both have direct access to a private pool. Very close to everything Phoenix has to offer. 5.5 mi to Sky Harbor Airport, 2.5 mi to Chase Field & Footprint Center, 2.0 mi to downtown Phx & Convention Center, 1.5 mi to Phx Art and Heard Museums The space The house has been designed to comfortably accommodate 8 guests. There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, which includes a detached studio suite. The family room is spacious to allow everybody room to watch the big game on the 85" TV. When it's time to eat, you will find the kitchen fully equipped to cook and enough seating around the dining room table for everybody to sit and enjoy a meal together. Maybe your prefer to enjoy the weather outside. We have you covered there as well. The backyard features a private 4.5' deep pool (heating is optional for an additional fee, see below), BBQ, covered patio, outdoor dining set and an outdoor TV. Hopefully you will find some time to read a book under an umbrella or work on your tan soaking up the sun on one of the lounge chairs. There is a conveniently located powder room right inside the house by the door which goes to the backyard. When it's time to sleep, you will find a primary suite in the main house. This suite has a king size bed, TV, walk in closet and a full size bathroom with double vanities, soaking tub and separate shower. The main house features two additional bedrooms that share a full size bathroom. One of these bedrooms has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. Each room has it's own TV. The bathroom has double vanities, soaking tub and separate shower. You also have access to the detached studio suite. This suite has a king bed, TV, work space, kitchenette and bathroom with a single vanity and shower. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property for their stay, which includes the main house, guest house and exterior portions of the house, such as the patio, BBQ and private pool. Several cabinets are locked for housekeeping. Guests do not have access to these locked cabinets. Other things to note If you need to do some laundry during your stay, feel free to use the washer/dryer located in the main house. We keep the house stocked with a starter supply of many of the essential you need to get your trip started, so please don't feel in a rush to go shopping before you arrive. The essentials include, but are not limited to: coffee pods, basic seasonings, toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, pool towels, soap, shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent, sponges, trash bags, etc. ***There is an additional $125 per day fee to heat the pool.
