The area Our house is located in the Uccelliera, on the slopes of Mount Maiori, one of the most popular areas of Abetone, a stone's throw from the square and the center but away from the tourist chaos. From the apartment, you can reach the most characteristic CAI paths in a few minutes on foot, many of which can be traveled both in summer and in winter with the necessary equipment. We love the mountains and the outdoors. Our house is brand new and we would like you to love it as much as we do. The space An apartment completely renovated no more than a year ago, which still smells new. A gem just a 5-minute walk from Piazza dell'Abetone and a stone's throw from the most characteristic paths of the Pistoia mountain, which can be traveled both in winter and summer. The apartment has a bright living room/kitchen, with an extendable table, which can accommodate up to 8 people and a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for 2 people. The kitchen opens onto a covered terrace, which has a small table and two chairs and overlooks the lovely condominium garden, great for enjoying a nice lunch outdoors. (The condominium barbecue is available a few meters from the garden!) The bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed, with a protective side for children. The functional bathroom with shower has a window. In the shower, you will find hooks, ideal for hanging ski suits at the end of the day!
