Welcome to Casa Holladay! Casa Holladay is a beautiful, detached home located in the Drexel Heights neighborhood of South Tucson. It features an open floorplan perfect for entertaining, 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an en suite off the primary bedroom. The patio has dining for 6 and lounging for 5. The home has gorgeous views from the front and backyard of the mountain scape during the day and a wonderful peekaboo view of the downtown city lights can be enjoyed in the evenings. The space Living Room The living room has a very large and comfortable couch with deep set cushions. It's perfect for an evening in watching movies. There is also a record player with a thoughtfully curated record collection for your enjoyment and a Bose Bluetooth speaker so you can enjoy music from any device. Dining Room The dining room has a beautiful large hand carved table that can easily accommodate 8 people, in addition to a good size quartz island with additional bar stools that can seat 2. Just a couple steps outside of the dining room is the covered patio with another table for dining under the patio lights and stars. Kitchen The kitchen has recently gone through a beautiful remodel. The fridge offers ample space with both filtered water and ice. The space is complete with oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher for your convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need to create an unforgettable meal during your stay. Items available for you in the kitchen: - Dishes and flatware (both ceramic & eco-plastic) - Glassware for all needs - Keurig coffee maker with coffee mugs and complementary coffee pods - Bakeware - Mixing & serving bowls - Full range of kitchen utensils - Cocktail tools & glasses - Blender - Waffle maker - Popcorn maker - Slow cooker - Toaster oven - Pots, sauté pans, baking sheets, skillet - Full range of seasonings - Plastic wrap - Aluminum Foil - Taco Set Bedrooms All bedrooms have a 14” memory foam mattress with cooling technology for ultimate comfort. Both traditional and memory foam pillows are available to you. The primary bedroom has a king bed while the two spare rooms have queen beds. All bedrooms have large closets with a walk-in in the primary. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and AC. The bedding is all quality with the intent to keep you comfortable and well rested. All bedrooms have a Samsung 55” smart TV for those days you want to stay in and binge watch your favorite show. Dogs We are a dog friendly rental! A 2 dog maximum is allowed upon host approval. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture. Guests are responsible for any damage done to furnishings and/or property by pets during their stay and will be charged for any and all damage. Guests are responsible to pick up after their dogs. Extra fees will be assessed for any waste left behind. Dogs are to be monitored at all times. Dogs are not to be left unattended in the home and for their protection from the street, they must be on leash when leaving the fenced/gated area of the property. Garage The garage is not available to guest unless prior arrangements are made. Washer and Dryer are located in the garage. If the garage and/or washer and dryer are needed during your stay, please inquire during your booking. Longer stays will be granted access to the washer and dryer as part of the rental. Area Casa Holladay is conveniently located close to everything you need, while still being in a relaxing and quiet neighborhood. You can enjoy all downtown Tucson and all it has to offer within 15 minutes in addition to being surrounded by shopping and dining options within 10 minutes from the house.
