The space Olivia luxury apartment I 32 sq.m. is one of the brand new Olivia apartments. It is located on the ground floor of a two-storey villa, built by its hospitable owners, on a plot of 8 acres. An estate lush with beautiful olive trees, fruit trees and impressive flowers. It has a state-of-the-art bathroom and kitchen. In an open space there are two beds, a sofa bed, the kitchen and a dining room. The space can comfortably accommodate up to three people. The two single beds can easily be converted into a double bed with a special addition, so that it is not perceived that they are separate beds. Also, the sofa where you can relax can easily be converted into a comfortable double bed. In the open space there is air conditioning, although the apartment is quite cool even on the hottest days. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine is available in the bathroom area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a kitchenette, fridge, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hand shaker, multi and many cooking utensils. The kitchenette has three powerful cooking hobs for fast cooking and perfect results. It has two functions, Grill and Upper – Lower Resistance, while it supports simultaneous operation of oven and hob. You can enjoy free WiFi in the apartment. Access to the apartment is very easy from its free parking. Olivia apartment tenants can enjoy any time of the day at their own table in the garden of the idyllic outdoor communal garden and achieve moments of absolute relaxation and romance. Guest access The place to stay is perfect for couples, a group of friends or a family with one child (up to 3 people). In the common areas of the villa you can take a walk, get to know the Mediterranean vegetation and you can end or start your day with a dip in the rocky beach just 2 minutes away on foot, which is very close to the villa. There is also a large communal BBQ with a wood oven (no wood - charcoal available). In the large courtyard you can park your vehicle for free in the private area of the villa.
