To help us keep the property in great condition for everyone, each guest is required to sign a Property Damage Addendum and pay a refundable £100 damage deposit upon arrival. This will be refunded to you within 3-5 days of checking out once the property has been checked. Please report any damages or missing items to reception as soon as possible.
