Nicely decorated, two bedroom guest suite with a beautiful front yard in good proximity of Neos Marmaras' sandy beaches (10 mins walking distance). The place is fully equipped with all the essential appliances (a fridge, small oven and stove, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, etc), cutlery and it is air conditioned. There is ample space both indoors and outdoors (in a beautiful and well maintained front yard). A functional stone barbecue is also available for culinary adventures! The space This guest house offers comfortable accommodation for up to four people. Suggested for families.There is a closed bedroom with a double bed and an open concept second bedroom with two single beds. The living-room is spacious with a three-seated sofa, three chairs and a TV. The kitchen is fully functional with a refrigerator, stove and oven, coffee maker, toaster and a kettle. There is a kitchen table with four chairs and all cutlery and pots are provided. The bathroom is newly renovated. There is a beautiful spacious front yard. It is equipped with a functional stone barbecue. There are plenty of trees such as orange, lemon, pomegranate and apricot tree and a grapevine that provides shade during mid-day. There are also beautiful flowers and aromatic herbs just like rosemary, mint, spearmint, lavender, basil etc. You can have relaxing moments at the yard while enjoying your breakfast, supper or dinner. Guest access All parts of the guest house are accessible (kitchen, bathroom, living-room, bedrooms, yard). The hosts occasionally get access to the front yard to take care of the small garden (watering, gardening, etc.). Other things to note No private parking is provided but parking is free in the streets in front and around the property. Please do not throw toilet paper in the toilet. The sewage system may block if you do so. Please, throw all trash and garbage in the bins provided. The town of Neos Marmaras provides with green bins for regular house disposal and blue bins for all recyclable materials.
